REFLECTION

Inspiration was from memory in my childhood when I transferred to an international middle school. I was childish and ungrateful and influenced by all the rich kids in the school. I used not to mind my mom at all, but at that time whenever I went to school with them, I started to compare them with the rich parents my friends have. I felt ashamed and I knew this wasn't right, and my mom understood my frown and lowered head when I sat down with her in Parent Teacher Conference.

Material is Acrylic paint. Finished on November 19th, 2021. 18in x 24in × 1 in
